EHL Group ready another custom Nitrogen gas feed front end for delivery to our client. Well done to our EHL Auckland team for again exceeding customer expectations in system efficiency and purity with excellent fabrication and pre-delivery testing.

This skid mounted system consists of

• Sullair / Hitachi multi head oil free scroll compressor
• Wet air receiver with Donaldson autodrain
• Donaldson OFP Air Treatment System – ISO8573-1:2010 Class 1,2,1
• AirSep Dual bed Nitrogen generation system
• Nitrogen Purity buffer tank

and is designed as the front end feed system. The system is to be finally mounted in a containerised solution for a specific application under challenging environmental deployment conditions.

Many variable temperature, relative humidity, and altitude parameters all formed part of the calculations and considerations in this robust design with a small footprint..
